Where does this store ship from?

All of our products are made in the USA with as many locally sourced and eco-friendly materials as possible, including hand-dyed wool felt and vintage buttons. We ship all orders from our studio in Omaha, Nebraska.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

We work closely with each customer on custom items like bouquets and kits to get your order right the first time. We (usually) do not accept returns or exchanges.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Absolutely! The first bride we worked with in 2005 was in Italy, and over 40% of our customers today are outside of the US.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks.
